Timothy Tan (35) 3rd Entry, Comment on Joshua Leong's Entry

I feel that Joshua could have provided more examples of advantages and disadvantages on the use of CCTVs.  His write up is brief and could go into more detail.  I disagree with his opinion that because Singapore is a small country there is no need to install more CCTVs, criminals are getting more innovative and daring these days in committing crimes and the Police force cannot be everywhere so the CCTVs are additional “eyes and ears” plus just being seeing a CCTV is sometimes a deterrent to the small time criminals.
