Shaun Lau(28) Second Entry(Comment on Kevin Sutanto's entry)

In Kevin's entry,he states that there wil be less police patrolling the area.In my opinion.even though there are CCT security cameras installed almost everywhere,the number of policemen patrolling the city would not be decreased.I feel that they should have the same number of policemen in the area,as when the CCT cameras detect someone or something suspicious,they would still need several policemen to take action and do the job.
