I agree that CCTV plays a great role in security as they can protect places like shopping malls where robberies occur very often. However for people to hack the system could be very easy as they might not put so many security guards on duty cause they think the shopping mall is safe enough with the CCTV. As for the blind spots the police should be able to put camera's in a certain angle so that they cover most of the shop.
