After watching the video, I think the uses of the surveillance cameras are useful and helps to find any wrongdoers and bad people as they can check which car was stolen, for example. But by labelling the cameras, it tells the robbers, and thieves where to avoid, which my have a negative impact on the number of crimes committed.
