I agree on his points of why Singapore should install more CCT surveillance cameras. But, he did not state where the CCT surveillance cameras should be placed. I feel that the cameras should be placed along crowded walkways where crime can easily be committed unnoticed. The cameras could also be placed at various road junctions where hit and run accidents may occur. Currently,I feel that Singapore does not have enough cameras around, maybe installing more may cause a decline in the crime rate.

I think that he is using topic 1 and topic 3. I agree that the CCT surveillance has many advantages such as helping to reduce crime rates in a region. Not only will robbers think twice before they act, even if the crime is committed, footage from the cameras can capture their identities.
