Japheth Ang(1) 4th entry on topic 3

The CCT surveillance should be installed in Singapore to decline the amount of crime being committed in Singapore. The cameras will allow the robbers to have a second thought on the crime they are going to do. People who driving cars will also have a second thought on speeding. Cameras should be put along walkways where crimes could be committed easily.
The cost of the cameras may not be cheap, therefore, Singapore may not be able to pay for all the cameras, this a disadvantage of the cameras.
