Hendrik Kwek (14) 2nd Entry, Comment on Joey Choa Entry

I disagree with Joey on the part where he said that it prevents loan shark from causing trouble at people home. Cause if it happened in Singapore and if it is a HDB flat on the highest floor, they will not be able to see as they cannot probably install a camera on each floor of the HDB so it will not necessary  prevent the loan shark from causing trouble. Another point is that what if the terrorist hid a bomb behind some wall where the CCT surveillance will not be able to capture, what will happen? No one will know and it will just explode. So the CCT surveillance may be deemed as useless at some point as they may not be able to capture each part of the street and will not be able to help the police in anyway.
