Shaun, I do not agree with you in saying that there should be the same number of police. With the CCTV cameras, there is no need for many police to be patrolling the area as the CCTVs will alert the police headquarters if there is any crime going on and they in turn will alert the police in the area. Although some police will still be needed, their main purpose would be to apprehend criminals, so, less police will be need.
