 After watching the video, I find that there are many advantages to using CCT surveillance. They can be used to deter thieves and robbers from committing crimes, therefore reducing the crime rate. When a theft or robbery takes place in the vicinity of a CCT surveillance camera, the face of the robber will be captured on the film and can be used to catch the robber. They can also be used to take down the license plate of speeding cars, making it easier for police to track them down. Citizens can also purchase CCTVs for use in their homes to ensure that their maid will not steal, as recently there was a case where a maid abused her employer's child when she was alone. 

 As Singapore is also known for being a country with a low crime rate, the government should purchase CCTVs so that the crime rate will be lessened further. The Government should also ensure the populace that the CCTVs are meant for their safety, and not for intruding on their privacy.
