Although you said that more people are robing stores and doing acts of stealing because of the economic downturn. However, if u install more CCTVs wont some police men be 'let go'? The CCTVs are taking the jobs of the local police men thus the police men do not have to patrol the streets so often anymore. 

Won't more police men be 'let go' because the government has to reduce the amount of man power in order to upkeep the CCTVs. 

I agree with you about installing CCTVs. However, we should install them only in key places because if we were to install CCTVs everywhere the government has to pay a lot for the upkeep. Thus removing some police men to pay for the up keep of the CCTVs
