Boven Wong(2) 2nd Entry, Comment on Lloyd's Entry
I agree with Lloyd that installing the cameras will help to reduce the crime rates, but when he said "by labelling the cameras, it tells the robbers, and thieves where to avoid" I think he is seeing the cameras as a disadvantage. By phrasing it that way, he seems to be trying to say that the cameras tell the thieves where to avoid, which makes them more of a threat as they will take precautions to continue their crimes, while avoiding the cameras. In this sense, the cameras will increase the crime rate rather then decrease it.
