When we talk about the safety of a society, we are talking about a large scale of people. A city like New York, has an estimated 8.275 million people. I believe that these CCTV cameras installed, will make the society a safer place, as criminals could be easily identified and arrested at the scene of crime. When some people said that the police are invading their privacy, i think that they do not know that they are trading their own privacy for the society's safety! These acts are irresponsible and i do not think that the police should give way to these people, and let them pull down the safety standard of the society.
